Location: Kalgoorlie, WA

We are seeking an experienced, organised and motivated Transport Scheduler to join our Muldrew Heavy Haulage operations team in Kalgoorlie. This is a new and exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of our fleet and drivers, while ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and allocate daily transport jobs
  • Monitor fleet movements and adjust schedules as required
  • Liaise with drivers, clients and operational staff to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance with company process across transport management software

What we're looking for:

  • Previous scheduling/transport coordination experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of route planning and optimization
  • Strong communication and problem -solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in transport management software
  • Experience in the heavy haulage industry is a plus
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
  • Available Monday - Friday, with the occasional weekend requirement
