Depot Supervisor

Who We Are:

Mining Maintenance and Fabrication Services is a WA owned and operated business offering our clients a full range of mining solutions, equipment maintenance, repairs and local, FIFO Labour Hire.

We're currently looking for a Depot Supervisor to take charge of the day-to-day running of the Kalgoorlie depot. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing freight and removals operations, managing a small team, coordinating local transport movements, and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.

What's on Offer:

• $80,000–$90,000 + Super 

• Full-time permanent opportunity

• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily depot operations, planning and scheduling all freight and household goods movements

• Supervise a team of 4–6 staff and ensure compliance with safety and company procedures

• Manage storage, deliveries, and collections efficiently and safely

• Maintain accurate administrative and operational records

• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained in good working order

• Liaise daily with Perth Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflow

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in transport, logistics, or depot operations

• Current HR Driver's Licence

• Forklift ticket

• Valid National Police Clearance

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Hands-on approach and ability to work autonomously
