DM3 Logistics is a proudly WA-owned and operated fuel transport company, and we know our people are the backbone of our success. With continued growth, we're on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join our Kalgoorlie-based team.

The Role

As a DM3 Service Advisor, you will be responsible for scheduling services, coordinating workshop activities and ensuring inventory required is available. You will be the key connection between the team and the Operations Manager, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards in everything we do.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Parts management, including ordering and stocktakes.
  • Oversee inventory levels of tools and equipment; procure supplies as needed.
  • Manage deliveries to the Kalgoorlie depot, including unloading and putting away.
  • Plan and coordinate workshop activities, including scheduling, task allocation and resource procurement.
  • Monitor and control workshop expenditures, maintaining financial accountability.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding vehicle issues, maintenance plans, and repair updates.
  • Maintain and monitor scheduling data systems and address inconsistencies proactively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the workshop to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
  • Act as the key liaison between workshop staff and the Operations Manager.
  • Identify and communicate vehicle problems, maintenance plans, and repair solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar role (2+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of heavy vehicles & transport equipment
  • Previous experience with systems such as Gearbox or MechanicDesk
  • Experience with truck & trailer repairs (road transport industry preferred)
  • Forklift ticket and experience
  • Valid Australian driver's license (minimum C class)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
