Total Interactive is a well-established Beenleigh based advertising agency. We have many long-term clients ranging from small to medium businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Our aim is to provide Digital advertising mediums on a personal basis and deliver tailored IT solutions to meet these goals. Building a solid client relationship and client satisfaction is one of our highest priorities.

We are looking for an individual that shares our passion for technology and IT, that fits in well with our small team.

What will be required of you:

  • Provide 1st Level IT support to clients remotely from the Office
  • Take and Make Support Calls
  • Windows installation and setup
  • Set up computers, televisions, and digital advertising products (Windows, WebOS, Android) for both internal staff members and off site clients
  • Determine root cause of Windows 10/11 issues and follow through with resolution
  • Network Troubleshooting

What is needed to do the job:

  • A passion for customer service, collaboration and the ability to execute client focused outcomes.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including managing key stakeholders and working with team members. A good phone manner is a must
  • Good documentation skills with attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
  • Proactive and energetic approach.
  • Ability to work independently or in a group to manage tasks of competing priority.
  • Have a professional work ethic and presentation.
  • Have a friendly, personable and confident customer service manner.
  • Can-Do Attitude is essential, further technical skills can be learnt on the job as training provided in-house.

Desirable:

  • Experience in IT support or IT projects
  • VoIP phone systems experience
  • Qualifications in IT, or related field
  • Proven Scripting experience of some form (PowerShell, Python). We utilise scripts to facilitate the automation of tasks
