Role Purpose:
Our ATSILS Beenleigh Office is seeking an experienced Criminal Law Legal Practitioner who is passionate about social justice. As one of Queensland's largest legal practices, we offer a dynamic opportunity for extensive court work, allowing you to advocate in a variety of courts, including youth jurisdiction.
About You:
- You must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland and hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate.
 - Must be the holder (or be eligible for immediate application) of a current Queensland Government Blue Card prior to commencing work.
 - You will demonstrate a high level of professional service in all aspects of Criminal Law, covering both adult and youth jurisdictions.
 - A current Driver Licence and willingness to drive for work are essential.
 - Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years full-time post-admission experience, resilience to handle complex cases, and the ability to develop culturally sensitive service skills.
