WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As our
Senior Paid Media Specialist
, you will lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns across a portfolio of clients. Your remit will cover a mix of platforms, including significant hands-on work in
Paid Social and Paid Search
. You will be responsible for audience research, campaign builds, creative testing, and performance optimisation while also shaping the long term media approach to deliver client growth.

You will work closely with account managers and clients, presenting insights, driving innovation, and ensuring strategies are backed by performance data. You will also contribute to mentoring junior members of the team and setting best practice across all media campaigns.

YOU WILL NEED

  • 4+ years experience
    in a Paid Media focused role within a specialist or agency environment.
  • Australian agency experience.
  • MUST have LOCAL market knowledge.
  • A proven track record creating and leading strategies across industries and campaign types including
    lead generation and e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms
    including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and potentially TikTok Ads/LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering strong results.
  • Must have full working rights – no sponsorship can be offered in the future.

IT'S NICE TO HAVE

  • Industry relevant certifications (e.g., Google or Meta Blueprint).
  • Experience with
    programmatic display or video
    platforms.
