We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist - META to join our Performance team, someone who lives and breathes digital ads across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest. You'll be hands on with campaign execution, optimisation, and creative testing that drives growth and keeps The Oodie brand buzzing around the world.

What you'll do:

  • Own and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat, we do need someone who is on the tools day in and out with Meta platforms
  • Monitor performance, test hypotheses, and improve results against KPIs and budgets
  • Run experiments to uncover inefficiencies and growth opportunities
  • Support ad creative ideation — think copy, hooks, visuals & formats
  • Brief creative teams and make sure your insights turn into scroll-stopping assets
  • Regularly report on campaign performance and share learnings
  • Stay curious and up to date on what's trending in the paid media world

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience running direct response META campaigns
  • Is confident managing multiple ad accounts and solid budgets
  • Knows their way around Excel/Sheets and loves interpreting data
  • Understands the creative side of performance (what makes someone click)
  • Has communicated with external partners and internal teams alike
  • Thinks strategically and works in a structured, efficient way
  • Is excited by the pace of eComm and wants to help a fun, fast brand grow globally
