If you are passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help people, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our high performing Construction team in our Norwest office.
**The Role**:
- Conduct daily HSE site inspections and contractor audits
- Support Site Managers in addressing safety issues and closing out corrective actions
- Lead incident investigations and contribute to the continuous improvement of HSE processes
- Perform internal audits of Site Managers’ inspections
- Carry out and document KDR site assessments within set timeframes
- Collaborate with construction, sales, and estimating teams to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager, ideally in KDR environments with a volume builder
- A trade qualification, valid driver's license, OHS General Induction Card, and First Aid Certificate
- **Must have volume home builder experience**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of WHS in construction and KDR requirements
**Core Strengths**:
- Strong problem-solving ability for site WHS issues
- Effective time management and priority setting—especially during high-risk construction phases
- Strong interpersonal and reporting skills
