Adelaide CBD Metropolitan South Australia SA Health Full time $74,831 - $102,103 per year
  • Central Adelaide Local Health Network, Adelaide
  • Salary  RN-1   $74,831 - $102,103  p.a.  (pro rata) + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Temporary from 5/1/26 up to 4/1/27 and part-time working 30 hours per week

About the Role

We're looking for someone who wants to make a real difference in healthcare. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll help run clinical trials that could shape the future of treatment and care. You'll be there to support patients taking part in studies, help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and make sure everything we do follows research (ICH GCP) and safety guidelines.

You don't need to be an expert from day one — this is a role where you'll grow your skills over time. We'll support you with training, hands-on experience, and professional development so you can build confidence and become an experienced research practitioner.
Day to day, you'll work closely with the research team. Together, you'll make sure each study runs safely, accurately, and on schedule. You'll help collect and record data, look after participants, and make sure every step meets high research standards.

If you're organised, caring, and curious about how research improves patient care, this could be a great fit. You'll be part of a supportive team that values your growth and the impact your work has on people's lives.

About You

You are a compassionate and skilled nursing professional with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to clinical trial participants. You thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and bring creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to support excellence in healthcare.

  • You are a Registered Nurse (or eligible) with a current practising certificate and demonstrated competence in general nursing practice.

  • You have well-developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • You are able to prioritise workloads, adapt to changing situations, and apply innovative and flexible approaches to healthcare challenges.

  • You possess sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, codes, ethics, and quality improvement systems in a healthcare setting.
