I'm excited to be hiring for the role of Chef at The Greens in The Entrance, NSW. As a casual position, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team and showcase their culinary skills.

As a Chef at The Greens, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all menu items are executed to the highest standard and that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with established recipes

- Ensuring that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner

- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new menu options and specials

- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- A passion for cooking and a creative approach to menu development

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
