As a key member of the Treasury team, you'll:

  • Triage change requests and assess their impact across the business.
  • Map and analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and shape future-state solutions.
  • Work closely with data, platform and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality regulatory and risk outcomes.
  • Operate in an agile environment where continuous improvement and innovation are encouraged.

You'll bring:

  • 1–3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Experience within regulatory projects would be preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders across business and technology.
  • A collaborative mindset, attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
