ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Venue Manager you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a high standard of service with very strong attention to process, procedure and compliance. The role may include stock ordering, stocktake and others.

You will be primarily based in the sport bar but may need to do some shift in the gaming room or restaurant.

Strong incentives to further build existing trade available to the successful applicant.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum three years experience in a management or supervisory role. Strong TAB / gaming proficiency and excellent cash handling skills. The ability to think on your feet and problem solve on the go. System One knowledge, cash clearance, attention to detail, and the ability to train staff with a differing range of abilities within the business. Food and beverage knowledge and handling an integral part of the role.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Must hold current Victorian Gaming License, RSA, RSG and TAB accreditation.

First Aid and food handling certificates are an advantage.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
