The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to grow into a leadership role? At CTPG you will oversee high-profile projects from inception to completion, driving successful outcomes for our clients. This is an opportunity to take ownership, lead with impact, and contribute to a growing company recognised for eminence and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage prestigious projects across the education and commercial sectors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a team of talented project managers.
- Represent CTPG as an industry leader, shaping the company's future success.
- Ensure seamless project delivery - overseeing project budgets, timelines, and risk management.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in property and construction and at least 3+ years experience in a relevant senior project manager role.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value projects. (Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.)
- Exemplary communication and report writing skills.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of project planning phases through to construction delivery.
- A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency and a valid Driver's License.
