The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to grow into a leadership role? At CTPG you will oversee high-profile projects from inception to completion, driving successful outcomes for our clients. This is an opportunity to take ownership, lead with impact, and contribute to a growing company recognised for eminence and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage prestigious projects across the education and commercial sectors.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop a team of talented project managers.
  • Represent CTPG as an industry leader, shaping the company's future success.
  • Ensure seamless project delivery - overseeing project budgets, timelines, and risk management.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in property and construction and at least 3+ years experience in a relevant senior project manager role.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value projects. (Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.)
  • Exemplary communication and report writing skills.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of project planning phases through to construction delivery.
  • A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency and a valid Driver's License.
