To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service, we are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team.

The Role

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

As a Guest Experience Expert, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure. Your ability to easily connect with others will see build a strong rapport that allows to ensure each guest has a memorable experience with us.

The Requirements

This is the ideal position for someone who:

• has a passion for guest service
• has a genuinely friendly and welcoming attitude with everyone
• is solutions focused and able to think on their feet to resolve any issues that may arise
• enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• has a friendly and welcoming attitude with everyone
• is proficient with computer skills including with Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
• availability and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and occasion overnight shifts

Prior experience in a similar role in a hotel environment is an advantage, but not essential if you are willing to learn.
