In this dynamic and rewarding role as a Guest Experience Host, you will play a vital part in putting the world on vacation. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to bring joy and inspiration to millions of travelers worldwide.

  • As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for greeting and registering owners and guests, providing them with exceptional service and creating memorable experiences that exceed their expectations.
  • You will be the ambassador of our company's values, ensuring that every interaction is authentic, engaging, and builds strong relationships with our customers.
  • With your passion for delivering excellent customer service, you will go above and beyond to ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued at all times.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and greet owners and guests upon arrival
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, computers, and other technology
  • Meet face-to-face with guests and generate sales appointments for our sales centers
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide seamless transitions for owners and guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Meet targets and KPIs set by the business
  • Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy and proficiency in PMS systems
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
