Como Fitness 24/7 is seeking an outgoing person to support our Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers with daily administration tasks as well as being the "face of the business", so a friendly smile is essential.

You will be required to be/have:

  • Be reliable, relatable and able to prioritize your work.
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills both face to face and over the phone.
  • Exceptional customer service skills as this role is the "face of the business".
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Competent computer skills with experience in gym software (ClubFit) or similar is an advantage.
  • Answer and respond to enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist with keeping the gym tidy and clean.
  • Previous experience in an allied health practice would be an advantage.
  • An understanding of Medicare, Private Health Insurance and NDIS would be advantageous
  • NB: Applicants on a working holiday visa will NOT be considered.

Como Fitness 24/7 is a family-owned business with great community roots as such we are looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our team. Living locally would be desirable.

The role will be required to work all or some of the following shifts. We will consider having two (2) people cover these shifts, however please note these shift days/times are not flexible:

Monday and Tuesday - 3.30pm-6.30pm

Wednesday - 8.30am - 3.30pm

Friday - 8.30am - 1.30pm
