Aquna - Murray Cod Australia (MCA) Located in the Riverina region of New South Wales.

We are currently seeking Aquaculture Attendants – Farm Hands for various positions including seasonal, casual, and full-time roles. Whether you are looking for an entry-level position or a more experienced role, we are eager to find passionate and motivated individuals to assist in the day-to-day operations of our aquaculture farms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations across the farm, including feeding, monitoring, and managing fish populations.
  • Support in maintaining farm facilities, tools, and equipment.
  • Help with the harvesting and processing of fish for market.
  • Ensure farm safety standards and environmental protocols are followed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in animal husbandry is preferred, though training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • A "can-do" attitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work weekends and extended hours during peak season.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
