Are you a motivated, people-focused professional looking to build your career in real estate property management?

Opal Realty, a trusted and fast-growing boutique agency in the coastal Rockingham–Mandurah region, is seeking a Business Development Manager (Property Management) / Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is a versatile opportunity suited to either an experienced BDM ready to drive new business, or an enthusiastic assistant eager to learn and grow in property management. You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert new business opportunities in property management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Support the property management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Provide excellent communication and customer service to all clients.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company processes.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident, well-presented, and personable with excellent communication skills.

Driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Organised with strong attention to detail.

Willing to learn, with a genuine interest in property management and real estate.

Licensed (Sales/PM Registration) or willing to obtain.
