Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager with leadership capabilities and attention to detail, you'll be goal orientated and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manor. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus 

Greencross Vets Mandurah is the perfect practice for a senior vet nurse with existing leadership experience and a great sense of humour to join a team of positive and outgoing nurses and passionate veterinarians.

Your new role will see you;

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
  • Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience, exceptional patient care and to build a positive team culture
  • Ensuring that monthly KPI's are met
  • Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
  • Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses

Your skills & experience;

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
  • Genuine care for clients, patients and your team
  • Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent animal handling skills
  • An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good business insight and organisational skills
