About the role

Karingal Bowling Club is seeking an experienced Gaming Attendant/Supervisor to join our vibrant team. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming/bar facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service to all patrons
  • Monitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with any queries or issues
  • Ensuring gaming areas are well-presented and adhering to all relevant regulations
  • Performing cash handling duties and maintaining accurate records
  • Responding to any security or safety concerns in a calm and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of gaming policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Gaming Attendant or Supervisor in a similar hospitality or gaming environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Competent in cash handling and the use of gaming systems and equipment
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working a range of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
  • A current Responsible Service of Gambling certificate, Gaming Licence, RSA, AML/CTF
