We are looking for a motivated **Casual Gaming Attendant** to join the PLG team at **The Grand Hotel** in **Frankston**. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston, the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula.
Featuring a family friendly bistro, great service & a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect dining experience for all to enjoy.

**What will my duties include?**
- Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Customer service skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
