What We Offer
We are looking for a
Senior Sales Director
to join the Market Technology APAC Sales Team. Nasdaq is the leading provider of market technology and solutions to exchanges, clearing houses, CSDs, ATSs, digital asset markets, and brokers around the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, high customer satisfaction and further expanding Nasdaq business in the Asia Pacific region. You will work with highly motivated and skilled colleagues in an international and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • The focus of this sales position will be twofold:

  • Key Account Manager for one of Market Technology's largest clients in the region

  • Sales Executive developing technology opportunities for Market Technology's suite of products and services to new and current clients in the region

  • Build customer relationships on multiple levels

  • Be responsible for Nasdaq's short and long-term sales strategy within your customer territory and interaction with the customers/prospects
  • Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue intake per account
  • Initiate and drive Customer Executive Meetings in collaboration with customer success teams
  • Understand and know customers' market segments and territory, as well as the competition landscape
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
  • Be proactive within Nasdaq as it relates to new product development
  • Serve as senior escalation point when needed, should standard customer escalation paths via customer success are insufficient
  • Proactively lead an extended Nasdaq team of professionals that together manage all business activities with an existing customer or prospect

What We Expect

  • Degree-educated
  • Minimum 7-10 years extensive experience selling large and complex multifaceted projects
  • Financial market technology sales experience with long sales cycles
  • Proven record for selling complex solutions and services at the "Business Head" and "C" level
  • Experience from profit and loss calculations and basic account management financials
  • Excellent communication including negotiation and presentation skills in a client facing environment
  • Willingness to travel for business
