Join our Business Operations team based in Sutherland as the Part-Time Marketing Officer and help us elevate our brand presence across digital platforms, client communications, and internal culture.

The Marketing Officer is responsible for:

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials across print and digital channels
  • Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Contribute to tender submissions, capability statements, and website updates
  • Maintain website content and ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand
  • Maintain and develop project overview library
  • Stay across industry trends and build strong supplier/client relationships

Strategy & Planning

  • Align social media activity with broader business objectives
  • Help shape marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and client engagement

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and upload posts, share relevant content, and manage reposts
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages across platforms to foster community

Performance Analysis

  • Track performance across website and social media channels
  • Prepare regular reports to highlight progress, engagement, and opportunities

Social Events

  • Organise internal and external events such as client functions and end-of-year celebrations

You will bring to this role:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Marketing qualification preferred
  • Confident communication style with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and social media marketing — or a keen willingness to learn
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first spirit
  • Interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance marketing outcomes

This Part-Time role office based within our Sutherland Office and can be worked across either 3 full days or 5 shorter days.
