Our client is one of Sydney’s leading privately owned Strata Agencies, located in popular southern suburbs. They are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to manage a boutique portfolio of 70 buildings.

**Duties**: As the Strata Manager you will be based in their Sutherland Shire office and manage a great portfolio of smaller buildings
- Day to day management of your portfolio | 30 schemes (to a maximum of 45 which will grow over the next 12 - 8 months)
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with Owners
- Arrange & manage quotes & repairs
- Manage annual audits, insurances etc
- Ensure By-law and Legislative compliance

**Specific requirements**:

- 1+ years’ experience in strata (Open to an Assistant stepping up)
- Customer centric and enjoy providing great service
- Solid understanding of the Strata Act
- Current Strata Certificate or License
- Car and Driver’s license

**Systems**: StrataMaster
