Our client has an contract for a Risk and Governance contractor to develop a robust Risk and Governance Strategy that supports the overall organisation's Purpose, Vision and Strategy, and to oversee the ongoing execution of the risk and governance strategy business plan. You will be responsible for supporting the Group Executive and the broader team with strategic delivery, planning of strategic activities, and delivering on the forward-looking plan. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Delivery and Insights, you will  develop and deliver the team's strategy in conjunction with the Risk & Governance Leadership Team, and monitor the strategic initiatives and tracking of performance.

Suitable candidates will have relevant tertiary education in either management consulting, strategy, project management, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through extensive practical experience. You will have previous experience in a strategy or enterprise project delivery team and a solid understanding of the financial services industry, especially insurance. Extensive experience in providing project management, or project delivery, working in complex organisations and working with stakeholders at all levels.
