Broken Hearts Burger Club is growing fast with 9 stores , and we need someone who's confident running a fast-paced kitchen and leading from the front.


This is a hands-on role. You'll:
  • Work the grill, fryer, and pass during busy service
  • Train, roster and lead a high-energy team
  • Own quality, speed and customer satisfaction
  • Manage stock, prep, and service standards
  • Be on the floor and in the action — not just in the office

What we're after:
  • Hospo experience in a fast food or QSR environment
  • Proven leadership – you've run shifts before
  • Someone who loves the pressure and thrives in it
  • Can work weekends, nights and public holidays
  • A team-first attitude and pride in what you do
