We're now looking for a Part Time Certificate III Educator — or someone who's currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

Where you'll work

Waverley Foothills Kindergarten is a community-focused service with a dedicated team of long-standing educators who are passionate about providing high-quality, play-based learning. We are looking for an educator to join our experienced team and help make it even better, working within bright, welcoming rooms and a large outdoor yard that inspires creativity, exploration, and connection.

Role Details:

Certificate III Educator

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:30am to 4:00pm

21 contact hours non-contact hours = 26.25 hours per week

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our teaching team, you'll:

  • Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child's growth and development

  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

  • Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired

  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)

  • A genuine interest in supporting children's development and commitment to ongoing learning

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

  • Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
