We're now looking for a Part Time Certificate III Educator — or someone who's currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

Where you'll work

Situated in the newly built Red Cliffs Early Years Hub, Red Cliffs Kindergarten is supported by strong connections to local community programs and a team of experienced early years educators to deliver positive outcomes for all children. We are looking for educators with a passion for supporting children to achieve their goals to the best of their ability.

Role Details:

Certificate III Educator

Wednesday and Thursday – 8:30am to 4:00pm

14 contact hours + 3.5 non-contact hours = 17.5 hours per week

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our teaching team, you'll:

  • Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child's growth and development

  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

  • Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired

  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)

  • A genuine interest in supporting children's development and commitment to ongoing learning

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

  • Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
