We're now looking for a Part Time Certificate III or Diploma Educator — or someone who's currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

Where you'll work

Located in the heart of Drouin, Oak Street Kindergarten is an Exceeding-rated, dynamic, fast-paced service with a strong educational focus and supportive leadership team. This position is ideal for an educator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys leading high-quality learning programs.

Role Details:

Certificate III or Diploma Educator

Friday – 8:15am to 3:45pm

7 contact hours non-contact hours = 8.75 hours per week

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our teaching team, you'll:

  • Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child's growth and development

  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

  • Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired

  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)

  • A genuine interest in supporting children's development and commitment to ongoing learning

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

  • Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
