What will you be responsible for?

This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of our certification processes, supporting auditors, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Your key activities in this role will be:

• Recertification and Certification Management:
  Calculate recertification durations, review renewal applications, conduct technical assessments, provide initial approvals, and issue certificates accurately and on time.
• Auditor and Stakeholder Support:
  Respond to auditor queries, provide guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant audit and certification processes.
• Documentation and Process Oversight:
  Maintain and improve templates and documents, participate in internal audits, and identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes while upholding Citation Policy and regulatory standards.

What we are looking for?

We're on the hunt for individuals with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient and bring a positive attitude to work each day. We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in auditing/compliance/quality/safety, or other technical functions.
• Thrives on detail, process, and problem-solving, with resilience in difficult decisions.
• Understands the balance between commercial pressures and compliance needs.
• Can handle high volumes of repetitive work with accuracy.
• Has exposure to internal audits, documentation control, management systems, or compliance platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Experience with ISO standards and auditing is highly regarded
