About The Role
Reporting to the WHS Manager, the WHS Officer is a key member of our manufacturing leadership team. You will be responsible for rolling out our WHS framework, ensuring that risk assessments are in place, policies and procedures are followed, and incident reports are actioned with purpose.

You will also support the implementation of our new WHS platform, contributing to a smarter way of working through improved reporting, document control, and visibility across multiple facilities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct WHS risk assessments and support action plans across all EJ Supplies sites
  • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training
  • Investigate incidents and near misses to uncover root causes and drive change
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and maintain WHS systems, data, and documentation
  • Keep training logs and policies up to date and audit-ready
  • Engage teams to build awareness around both physical and psychosocial wellbeing
  • Support external audits and regulator engagement
  • Monitor trends, identify gaps, and help embed a consistent safety culture

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • General Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS role in a food manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting
  • Working knowledge of WHS legislation in NSW, VIC, and QLD
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and build trust with team members
