Our Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Manager Rangers to join our team. As the Manager Rangers, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our team of rangers, building a positive, collaborative team culture to ensure efficient operations within a regulatory enforcement environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our rangers and parking officers, managing their performance, and providing leadership to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Key Responsibilities Of This Position Include

  • Lead and inspire a team of enforcement professionals, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve team goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, legislative changes, and emerging trends to ensure the Rangers team operate within their legislative delegations This includes developing and implementing strategies and plans for enforcing council regulations and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other council departments, law enforcement agencies, community groups, and the public.
