**About the Role**:
We’re seeking dedicated full-time and casual Security Rangers to join our team across metropolitan Sydney. This dynamic role offers new challenges every day, from providing outstanding customer service and patrolling facilities to ensuring public safety and enforcing regulations.

**Note**: this role requires Security Guards/Security Officers who have a valid NSW 1A Security Licence and have held the licence for a **minimum of 12 months.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting visitors with directions and information.
- Safeguard physical assets through regular pedestrian and vehicle patrols.
- Monitor and manage behaviour in designated areas.
- Assess and observe facilities to minimize risks and maintain public safety.
- Maintain accurate security records and prepare detailed reports.
- Control and manage access to facilities.

**Essential Criteria**:

- NSW 1A Security Licence (held for a minimum of 12 months).
- Full NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card.
- Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- White Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Fire Warden certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Working With Children Check.

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
