Job Description
Join Australia's leading life insurer as a
Product Manager
working in our Retirement team. The Retirement Product team is focused on developing modern and innovative retirement solutions with our superannuation fund partners to provide more confidence for Australians to live their best retirement while continuing to manage our modern and heritage portfolio of retirement products.
In this role you will be at the forefront of TAL's growing retirement business, ensuring that our retirement partners are onboarded under sustainable contractual and governance structures. You will work alongside our retirement partners to co-design solutions that are tailored to and improve the retirement outcomes for their members while managing our existing retirement.
In This Role You Will
- Work with our retirement partners to co-design solutions which are tailored to the fund's membership and improve retirement outcomes
- Onboard new retirement partners under sustainable contractual and governance structures
- Manage and maintain customer, partner, regulatory and compliance obligations regarding new and existing retirement products
- Build meaningful and trusted relationships with our retirement partners and key internal stakeholders
- Be the product lead on regulatory and compliance initiatives in relation to the retirement business including monitoring and implementing change
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Product Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of superannuation and retirement, including current and proposed regulations impacting on retirement
- Strong partnership approach with the ability to build effective business relationships and support cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
- Able to think critically and analytically and use data-driven insights to solve problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
