Paid Media Manager

We are working with an amazing boutique agency looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager with great technical across Google Ads, and ideally with Meta too.
This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing and fast-growing digital agency that's making an impact for brands across Australia.
About you:
You will be a commercially minded Paid Media Manager with experience of leading strategy, execution, and optimisation of Google Ads and (ideally) Meta Ad campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.
You'll be the go-to expert for translating client goals into high-impact paid media strategies. From advanced bidding and audience segmentation to conversion tracking and performance reporting, all while staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will own the end-to-end management of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Stay at the forefront of paid media innovation, bringing new solutions to clients and the team
- Present clear, actionable insights to clients, turning data into growth strategies
- Execute advanced bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximise ROI
- Set up, troubleshoot, and optimise conversion tracking
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years' agency-side experience managing high-performance Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Deep knowledge of campaign types, optimisation techniques, and tracking implementation
- Proven success managing complex accounts and large budgets
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and create clear solutions
- Confident communicator, both client-facing and internally
