Our practice is located meters from the beach in the centre of Byron Bay, giving you the option to sneak in a lunch-time surf or a refreshing walk on the beach after work. Coastal Dental Care Byron Bay offers a warm and relaxed work environment treating patients of all ages with their general and cosmetic dentistry needs. Coastal Dental Care practices are owned and run by dentists, and our patients are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

Join our friendly team at Coastal Dental Care Byron Bay as a Casual or Part-Time Dental Assistant We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, experienced assistant who's passionate about delivering top-notch patient care in a supportive and modern environment. This role requires availability on Monday and Tuesday, with the opportunity to take on additional shifts within the practice or across our wider network for those interested in extra hours.

About You

You will play a vital role in supporting the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and care, and you will have:

  • Dental assisting experience (essential)
  • Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software (desirable).
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable).
  • Understanding & knowledge of infection control
  • A confident and energetic approach to work, with the ability to build trusting relationships with your patients
  • Northern NSW based or drivers licence and willing to travel to our Byron Bay location
  • Australian work rights as sponsorship is not available for this role
