Hunter Pods Pty Ltd, based in Thornton, is a leader in the manufacture and supply of polystyrene pods used in the Building and Construction Industry.

An opportunity has become available to join this vibrant, professional team as a Junior Administration Traineeship. The position is offered as a 12 month Traineeship.

As you are the first point of contact, it is essential that you are an excellent communicator, friendly and attentive. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Greeting all customers.
  • Mail, banking and running errands
  • Filing - upkeep and maintenance of all filing systems
  • General administration functions, using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Assisting the Senior Administration/Accounts Staff

The successful applicant will be a positive, proactive and friendly person possessing:

Drivers Licence (Manual)

Willingness to learn and be flexible in a changing environment

The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and display initiative
