Customer Support Specialist

You will be joining a fun and friendly Contact Centre Team who provide support to clients with inbound enquiries. Full training will be provided in this role and this is the team where top performers are recognised and promoted quickly
Your responsibilities will be:
- Acting as first point of contact for clients
- Handling high volumes of inbound phone enquiries
- Actioning client requests
- Working to KPIs - call volumes, customer service satisfaction
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Recording details of cases for further escalation
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Prior call centre experience handling high volumes of inbound calls (essential)
- Excellent spoken English with a confident & friendly phone manner
- A proactive and a can-do attitude
- Top time management skills

Standard hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm and the company offers a flexible hybrid work model. Essential in office days are Monday and Friday with a third in office and a fourth WFH (you choose which days). The offices are in Brisbane CBD.
