Are you a hardworking and reliable individual with a passion for working in the civil construction industry? Ready Group is looking for experienced and motivated Vacuum Truck Operators or Construction workers with a HR license who are willing to learn to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects that help shape Australia's infrastructure.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Operation of vacuum excavation unit and associated equipment for potholing/NDD of underground services, cleaning stormwater pipelines etc.

  • Locate services; power, communications, water, gas, drainage & sewer

  • Reliable, safe and cautious truck driver

  • Carry out regular and thorough maintenance on vehicles

  • Follow instructions and problem solve when issues arise

  • Ensure client satisfaction at all times

  • Be subject to random drug and alcohol testing

- Accurately submit online forms via Company app

Required skills and experience:

  • HR licence - minimum 2 years of truck driving experience

  • Construction white card

  • Acceptable driving record - please attach a current driving record to your application

  • Previous experience in Vacuum Excavation is preferred but we will train the right candidate

- Current first aid certificate, working in confined space ticket and rail card are desirable
