Job DescriptionTeam Summary
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands (AUNZPI) is Visa's advisory division, working with Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) on a broad range of key business initiatives including strategy, proposition development, loyalty, operational optimisation, customer engagement and overall business profitability.
VCA is made up of three services lines - Advisory, Data Science and Implementation Services, the latter being the execution arm of VCA. Our Implementation Services teams (also known as squads) are embedded on client sites leading long-term engagements and delivering value primarily through implementation and execution services. We deliver objectives from a shared value agenda but are also closely connected to the broader VCA team, sharing knowledge, and bringing the best of Visa to the client.

What you will be doing
You will support the full lifecycle of customer marketing design, creation and delivery. You will be embedded and dedicated to one of our issuing clients helping them to build and deliver marketing solutions that will provide their end customers best in class customer experiences.
In this role you will also:
- Support the end-to-end marketing solution with our clients and partners
- Build strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their capabilities, business objectives and challenges
- Identify and solve both client and internal challenges to help us build and deliver marketing campaigns that are market leading
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and liaise with cross-functional teams globally to discover new marketing best practices and create recommendations for the client
- Manage stakeholders across business and technology to deliver complex campaigns – across the clients and Visa
- Flawlessly execute integrated go-to-market campaigns to drive customer engagement & retention
- Develop test & learn pilots and MVP's for digital marketing communications (across email, display, social, website, search, blog etc.) including utilising Customer Centered Design thinking for all integrated marketing campaigns.
- Bring technical marketing subject matter expertise leveraging Adobe platforms
- Playback results and success of campaigns delivered to client, leading to improved customer experiences, new opportunities, and new product requirements
- Be accustomed to collaborating with product, corporate affairs, public relations, brand, legal, procurement, finance & contact centre teams to constantly deliver best outcome for customers via marketing comms.
- Document processes, key learnings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the client's business.

Establishes good interpersonal relationships by helping people feel valued, appreciated, and included in discussions (enhances self-esteem, empathizes, involves, discloses, supports).
What you will need to be successful:
- 10+ years marketing experience, ideally customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience with Financial Institution/Banking customer marketing.
- Formal qualifications in marketing mandatory
- Motivated by marketing design and delivery with a high attention to detail
- Innovation minded leader with experience leading customer marketing design with diverse sets of capabilities, clients, and partners
- Deep experience in managing complex projects and customer product portfolios
- Superior problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style; able to work effectively across multiple teams globally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
- Strong marketing acumen, with experience in working on business requirement gathering, and customer journey flows and tight project management
- Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
