HT Nails Pty Ltd, trading as LUX NAILS ALBANY, is a leading nail and beauty salon located in the heart of Albany Plaza. Known for excellence in service and high customer satisfaction, our business has earned a loyal client base in the Great Southern region. We are now looking for a capable and experienced Retail Manager to lead our growing team and drive business success.
About the Role:
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining overall business performance. This is a key leadership position suited to someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and has a proven background in retail or salon management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon
- Supervise and train staff to maintain service quality and efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Monitor and improve sales performance and client retention
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a retail or salon management role
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory control
- Experience in a beauty or wellness setting (preferred but not essential)
