Site Manager

You will be employed in a full-time salaried position in line with the Building and Construction Award [MA000020]. You will be required to work 38 hours per week.
We require your services to assist us in the day-to-day oversight of a construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project because of your:
● Strong project management and leadership skills.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
● In-depth knowledge of construction processes and techniques, codes, and regulations.
● Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
● Knowledge of construction processes.
● Ability to handle complex projects and meet deadlines.
● Recent and relevant experience in construction project management.
Experience:
- Project management: minimum 2 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- White Card
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
Work Location: Melbourne and Greater Melbourne
You will also be required to train local staff and assist them in acquiring the skills required to perform this role.
