What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting with client onboarding, loan research, and preparation of lender submissions
  • Supporting brokers with the preparation of loan applications, structuring advice, and documentation
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and referral partners to ensure seamless loan processing
  • Managing client files, compliance requirements, and CRM systems
  • Learning the ropes of credit policy, loan structuring, debt consolidation, investment finance, and more

What We're Looking For
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred — but not essential if you bring relevant skills or experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — professionalism is key
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in property and finance
  • Banking or lending experience is highly regarded, but not essential
  • A strong sense of integrity, curiosity, and a desire to help others succeed
  • No initial licenses required - we'll support you in obtaining Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
  • Must be able to pass police check and credit history check
  • Must have permanent right to work in Australia
