About the Role

  • Join a small, close-knit team (under 10 people) where versatility is valued and your skills will be fully utilised.
  • Split your focus between geotechnical investigations and environmental contamination assessments - ensuring steady, varied project work.
  • Work on a strong pipeline of 90% property development projects, covering retail and medium-to-high density residential (no houses, no state infrastructure).
  • Collaborate directly with senior engineers and benefit from structured mentoring to fast-track your development.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years' post-graduate experience in geotechnical engineering (site investigation, soil testing, reporting).
  • An interest in broadening your skills into contaminated land / environmental consulting.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication which is essential for thriving in a small, versatile team.
