The Opportunity

We are introducing some new technologies across all our offices which has created a great opportunity for a Site Technology Lead to join our team in Sydney. You will work closely with our global AV Delivery Lead and other internal stakeholders and third party contractors to ensure end to end delivery of ongoing projects and BAU operations to enhance our in-office experience.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Previous experience in a legal/professional services environment ideally with a good understanding of the unique requirements, compliance and confidentiality standards
  • Strong understanding of AV & digital signage systems, infrastructure and integration such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, control systems, environmental automation
  • Advanced analysis and troubleshooting skills with experience in the following technologies - MS Teams Rooms, Crestron AV, Vitek Digital Signage, Smart Lockers and Follow-me/Cloud Printing solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
  • Strong customer service skills with previous experience dealing with senior/VIP end-users
