THE ORGANISATION

THE ROLE
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will provide operational HR support to help drive business performance. This is a hands-on, varied role that will see you partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver effective people outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Coaching managers on a range of Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters.
  • Partnering with leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading and supporting change management initiatives across the business.
  • Enhancing service capability and driving employee engagement.
THE CRITERIA
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR advisory roles.
  • A proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to design and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations and employee relations, with the ability to manage complex workplace matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail or similar fast paced environments
  • A formal HR qualification
