Adelaide, South Australia Pilgrim Uniting Church Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

We are looking for a handy skills person to complement our team on the ground. This role is part time, 15 hours per week and can fit in well with a two or three day a week option.

You'll need trade based general repair skills with at least 2-3 years of experience, plus a background in building industry practices and knowledge of WHS requirements. With two different properties, being a heritage listed building and an office and event building, the range of tasks is diverse. There are external teams to complement your skills , with good knowledge of the buildings.

Specific skills needed may include basic plumbing, minor electrical maintenance, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.

You'll also need skills in reporting via Microsoft Office, maintaining an information flow for when you're not on site.

It will be great if you can add working with a diverse group of people to your skills.
