About the role:

An exciting career opportunity exists to join the PSA Team as a Facilities Officer.

The multifaceted Facilities Officer role provides dedicated assets and facilities support to the PSA across multiple sites. The role is instrumental in coordinating works with a wide range of contractors, facilitating appropriate breakdown and maintenance services, whilst maintaining and supporting systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective service is delivered to stakeholders.

This is a full-time ongoing position based in the Adelaide CBD.

Commencement salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills and experience.

About you:

The PSA is seeking applicants who possess the following skills/experience:

  • Infrastructure operations, such as asset maintenance, security administration, and fleet operations.
  • Stakeholder management with contractors and suppliers
  • Contractual and legislative compliance associated with building and asset management and maintenance
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to draft reports/briefings, formulation of recommendations, drafting project proposals relating to assets and building related issues
  • Records management and experienced in the interpretation and application of associated compliance requirements
  • Project management
  • Current SA driver's license
