Your New Role:

Step into a hands-on role maintaining MTA's facilities across multiple sites. You'll be responsible for general repairs, gardening, fleet vehicle coordination, and being the main point of contact for tenants, cleaners, and contractors. You'll play a key part in keeping our properties safe, functional, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform general repairs and gardening across Royal Park & Wayville.
  • Coordinate fleet vehicle servicing, maintain the pool car register, and wash cars.
  • Manage registers for property fobs and keys.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Property Manager and tenants; eventually handle tenant requests directly.
  • Serve as the main contact for tenants and cleaners.
  • Order and stocktake cleaning consumables.
  • Organise quotes, oversee external contractors, and coordinate building repairs.
  • Process contractor invoices and submit basic insurance claims (mainly vehicle-related).
  • Arrange bin collections and assist with deliveries.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in maintenance and/or gardening.
  • Ability to work independently and build professional relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
