The Clinic and Role

  • Purpose-built skin cancer and cosmetic clinic in the Gold Coast
  • Well-established clinic in the area for over 14 years
  • Practice focuses exclusively on skin cancer management and cosmetic procedures
  • Full range of in-house procedures – biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy
  • Strong referral network and pathology provider relationships (10+ years)
  • GPs see a varied procedural load: excisions, skin checks, cryotherapy
  • Mixed billing clinic
  • Flexible appointment lengths
  • Best Practice software
  • Longstanding team – registered nurse (very experienced), experienced Practice Manager, receptionist (organised, welcoming and helpful)
  • Strong recall systems and well-managed books
  • Clinic open Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm - flexible for new GPs

You

  • MBBS or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • VR GP with skin cancer accreditation or advanced training (e.g., Professional or Advanced Certificates)
  • Comfortable with skin checks and procedural work (biopsies, excisions, minor surgery)
  • Seeking a stable, quality-focused environment with strong admin and nursing support
  • Open to aligning with the clinic's established billing approach
  • Interested in long-term work in a well-supported, high-demand clinic
